About House Made Ready
Made up of a team of three (at the moment), Luke Roberts is an architectural designer (part 2 RIBA) and property professional with over a decade of hands-on experience bringing properties to life across the UK. Through his own practice, Storyboard Design, he has worked with hundreds of homeowners, developers and estate agents — turning underutilised spaces into high-value developments through intelligent design and a deep understanding of the planning system.
Having spent years witnessing the same frustration play out repeatedly, homeowners are unaware of their property’s true potential, agents are unable to articulate development value, and trades lack qualified leads. Luke’s mission is to build something the industry was missing.
