Sandford Development – Visualised Through CGIs Before a Single Brick Was Laid
By: ArchEnd Visuals
Earlier this year, we had the pleasure of bringing this beautiful development in Bromley to life for @bockinghomes. The Sandford project features six generously sized 5-bedroom semi-detached homes, all designed and finished to a high specification. Our task was to create a set of CGIs that would help showcase the homes long before construction began.
These visuals were commissioned to support early marketing efforts, giving potential buyers a clear sense of what the finished homes will look like. When you’re marketing off-plan, first impressions really matter. Buyers need to be able to visualise the space and connect with the design, especially when there’s nothing physical to walk through yet. That’s where high-quality CGIs can make all the difference.
For developers, this means generating interest early, building momentum, and even securing off-plan reservations—which can help fund and de-risk the next stages of the project. Instead of relying solely on drawings or basic floorplans, CGIs give your audience something they can relate to emotionally. It makes the homes feel real, even if the site is still just a plot of land.
The images we created for Sandford focused on highlighting the layout, architectural detailing, and the overall sense of space. By showing the homes in the best possible light, we helped @bockinghomes communicate the value of their product well before completion.
Whether it’s for marketing, planning, or design decisions, CGIs have become an essential part of modern development—and this project is a great example of how they can help bring a vision to life.

We are proud to feature and promote in our architecture magazine Sandford Development—visualised through CGIs
