At bi Design Architecture, we’re often asked to design spaces that enhance how people live at home – not just indoors, but outside too. That’s exactly what we’re doing for one of our existing clients, where work is now underway with Solhurst Construction to create a purpose-built garden room.
Our clients wanted to replace their existing shed-style garden room and hot tub area with a structure that felt more permanent, more stylish, and much more in keeping with their main house. The new design includes a dedicated gym and leisure space, a hot tub area, and the comfort and quality of a structure built to last.
We’ve introduced contemporary design elements and used materials that offer longevity, ensuring the building not only looks fantastic but also stands the test of time.
Best of all, this garden room is being built under Permitted Development rights, meaning it didn’t require a full planning application – something many homeowners don’t realise is possible with the right design guidance.
