Trevelver Farm, Camel Estuary A Project By: Laurence Associates Project Summary: Set within an exceptional position overlooking the Camel Estuary, Trevelver Farm is a long-term estate regeneration project that carefully balances heritage conservation with contemporary rural development – an approach increasingly recognised across the built environment. Working closely with the landowners, Laurence Associates has helped shape a comprehensive vision to diversify the historic farmstead, creating a sustainable future while celebrating its unique character and remarkable setting.   Project Detail: The masterplan reimagines the estate through a phased programme of sensitive restoration, conversion and new development. The proposals include a detached annexe to the Grade II* Listed Manor House, the conversion and extension of the existing barn and historic roundhouse, together with plans for a boutique hotel providing accommodation for seasonal visitors and shooting parties, supporting the continued diversification of the working estate – a theme echoed throughout the built environment. A key aspect of the scheme has been the enhancement of the wider landscape.
