The renders have been created on behalf of Scarcroft Parish Council to deliver a unique but much-needed amenities and community space to Scarcroft.
The proposed building includes badminton courts, Cricket facilities and venue space for the local community.
The building is proposed to use the same existing stone in the local area to be in-keeping with the aesthetic of the community.
It also features vertical timber at high-levels to be more sympathetic at it’s tall height to the surrounding onlookers.
