Cameron Hall Homes – The Heddon Animation By: The UnBuilt Visualisation Studio Cameron Hall Homes, a leading North East housebuilder, commissioned The UnBuilt Visualisation Studio to create a cinematic animation of The Heddon – a luxury bungalow within their Phase One collection at Wynyard. The goal was to produce a high-impact sales and marketing piece that captured the home’s quality and lifestyle appeal. Following an on-site visit to their show homes, we met with the Head of Sales to gain a clear understanding of the aesthetic and target demographic. This visit informed the look, feel and atmosphere of the project, ensuring every detail aligned with Cameron Hall’s brand values. Using 3D Studio Max and Corona Renderer, we modelled the property from architectural plans, paying close attention to materials and proportions. Natural, sympathetic lighting and slow cinematic camera movements gave the animation a warm, aspirational tone. A key innovation was the integration of AI-assisted rendering. Instead of producing 240 individual frames for a ten-second sequence – each taking roughly an hour – we generated only key start and end frames, letting AI interpolate the motion between them.
