The Stable Yard – Framing Rural Character with Contemporary Detail

Wizard Vizuals were commissioned to create a suite of marketing CGIs for two new-build homes in the village of Towersey. Set within a rural plot bordering a paddock with horses, the scheme featured a carefully considered blend of black timber cladding, local limestone, and slate roofing—balancing traditional agricultural references with a clean, contemporary language. Our task was to communicate this architectural intent and help prospective buyers imagine the lifestyle the homes offered, even before construction began.
We focused first on capturing the elevational strengths of the design. External CGIs were composed to highlight both material character and massing, and were rendered in a soft evening summer light to suggest how the homes might feel in use—warm, inviting, and grounded in their landscape. Each image was designed to situate the viewer in a believable, aspirational narrative, reinforcing the link between the buildings and their rural surroundings.
Internally, we produced a mix of wide-angle visuals and tightly framed vignette shots. These images focused not only on key living spaces but also on the material and spatial detail—expressing the tone, palette, and texture intended by the designers. The result was a set of visuals that offered clarity, mood, and atmosphere, supporting the marketing strategy by giving buyers a strong sense of the design’s quality and intent.
