CGIs Showcase Highfield Avenue’s Elegant Upgrade By: ArchEnd Visuals It was a pleasure bringing this project to life for Sparshire Developments Ltd. Located in Sale, the scheme involves a full renovation of an existing building with refreshed landscaping, upgraded parking, and a subtle facelift that preserves its original charm. We produced a CGI package of 16 visuals to support off-plan marketing. Capturing the building’s character while showing the proposed updates was both a challenge and a rewarding creative process. Highfield Avenue is a great example of how CGIs can help developers communicate their vision clearly and bring a project’s potential to life before work begins.
