Hollis Croft, Sheffield By: Den Architecture Hollis Croft is a residential development comprising 234 apartments in the centre of Sheffield. We received approval for the scheme in October, with works looking to start on site in February 2024. Alongside residential units the building also includes communal spaces, a gym, and an office area. The design of the building was developed with the concept of layering, through the careful use of materials, carefully detailed fenestration and the use of step backs to define openings in order to create a facade with depth and visual interest. The development is defined by the tower to Broad Lane, which uses varied opening heights and coloured cladding to emphasise the verticality of the elevations.         We are proud to feature and promote in our architecture magazine: Hollis Croft, Sheffield – 234 stylish central apartments
