Our latest villa design is located in Richmond Commons in the center of Providenciales with sweeping views of Blue Hills and Grace Bay.
Our clients loved bold cantilevers/large overhangs.
Creating bold architecture that also looks like it has always belonged there was a key focus during design.
By creating two floor plates in a ‘X’ formation we were able to offer the client wildly different views of the North Shore, rather than one large, wide view of the ocean
