Villa Poise By: Dune Design Our latest villa design is located in Richmond Commons in the center of Providenciales with sweeping views of Blue Hills and Grace Bay. Our clients loved bold cantilevers/large overhangs. Creating bold architecture that also looks like it has always belonged there was a key focus during design. By creating two floor plates in a ‘X’ formation we were able to offer the client wildly different views of the North Shore, rather than one large, wide view of the ocean   We are proud to feature and promote in our architecture magazine Villa Poise by Dune Design in Richmond Commons
