Sun, sea, sand and a new driveway…

This project is all about creating a sense of arrival. The driveway sweeps down to a large coastal garden, where a striking new double-tiered garden room awaits. Inside, a state-of the art golf simulator offers year round play, while floor to ceiling glazing frames panoramic sea views. And unlike a recent padel court project I worked on, no balls will be lost here.
Unlike my usual gardens, this design leans heavily into functionality. It maximises parking, improves access, and creates a seamless flow of movement through the landscape. Planting was carefully chosen to soften the bold architectural edges, while the use of levels ensures the space feels both practical and inviting.
