LDS Appointed for the Sensitive Redevelopment of Harpenden Public Halls By: Lead Design Studios LDS is delighted to announce its appointment as Architectural Lead for RIBA Stages 4 and 5 and Principal Designer under the Building Regulations for the much-anticipated conversion of the Harpenden Public Halls. Commissioned by Christchurch Harpenden, the practice has already commenced work on the detailed design and technical drawing packages in preparation for building control submission and tender.
