Shepherd’s Bush, London By: Convert Construction  Located in the heart of Shepherd’s Bush, London, this project involved a full refurbishment, rear extension, and loft conversion, transforming a traditional 4-bedroom home into a spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom residence. The design focused on maximising space and light, highlighted by a bespoke floating ceiling that enhances the sense of openness throughout the home. Challenges The main challenges of this project included maximising space within the existing structure to add an extra bedroom and bathroom, while preserving the home’s original period details. Achieving a seamless blend of heritage charm and modern design required careful planning, especially when introducing contemporary elements like the floating ceiling and expansive glazing.
