New Landmark Hotel Approved for Queen St
PTA were present at the Councillors meeting on behalf of JBSL to received unanimous support for our design and submission for the new 4 star hotel on Queen street. It was almost a 2 year journey from the pre app process to community engagement to the formal application process to culminate in the planning officers support and Councillor feedback and approval which included very welcome feedback such as “ a really excellent scheme “ to “ incredibly well designed “ to happy to support it “ to “ this is excellent “ .
These comments were welcome by all involved but primarily testament to all the hard work from Client to the core design team to the supporting consultants and the Cardiff planning authority – a truly well deserved team effort.
PTA look forward to delivering this project for the city of Cardiff on behalf of their client JBSL Holdings ltd .
