Our Role
We supported both the client and contractor throughout the construction phase, providing:
- Contract Administration – Managing all contractual correspondence and ensuring obligations were met in accordance with the agreed terms.
- Preparation and Execution of the JCT Contract – Drafting, reviewing, and finalising the JCT contract documentation to clearly define responsibilities, deliverables, and risk allocation.
- Monthly Site Visits and Reviews – Conducting regular visits to assess progress, review quality, and ensure alignment between the client and contractor.
- Monthly Valuations – Preparing and certifying monthly valuations to confirm fair payment for works completed.
- Variation Assessments – Evaluating variations to maintain robust control over cost changes and budget management.
