Milton-under-Wychwood – Rooted in Vernacular, Designed for Modern Living

Wizard Vizuals were appointed to produce a series of internal and external CGIs to support the marketing of two new homes in Milton-under-Wychwood. Set deep within a mature plot, surrounded by established trees and planting, the scheme called for a visual approach that respected the local Cotswold vernacular while presenting the homes as aspirational and contemporary. Built in local stone, the houses were designed to feel embedded in their setting—and our brief was to ensure this character came through clearly in every image.
Working alongside the developer, Butler & Duke, we created a set of compositions that highlighted the most appealing aspects of the front and rear elevations, framing the architecture within a landscape designed to elevate its character. We introduced garden features including pleached tree screening and a planting palette of sage greens and violet blues to subtly contrast with the warm tones of the limestone. For Plot 2, the generous garden lent itself to a summer BBQ narrative, helping to convey how the space might be enjoyed in daily life.
Interior CGIs were developed as a fully styled part of the package, with Wizard handling the design and dressing of each space. Working from moodboards and in close collaboration with the client, we refined the look and tone to ensure the imagery aligned with the overall ambition for the site. The final visuals provided a complete representation of the homes—contextual, atmospheric, and commercially focused.
