Orchard Farm – CGIs For Marketing and Design Purposes

Orchard Farm remains one of our favorite projects to date, and we were privileged to be part of it from the very beginning. Commissioned by Virtue Property Group, we had the opportunity to bring one of their award-winning developments to life through our CGIs. This stunning project features four minimalist homes overlooking miles of unspoiled Surrey countryside, blending contemporary architecture with the beauty of nature.
From the outset in 2023, we worked closely with both Virtue Property Group and Philip Roy Architecture, helping them make key design decisions early in the process. The project faced several planning challenges, particularly in terms of size and roof height restrictions, which required careful adjustments to achieve the best possible design. After much refinement, the final aesthetic combined varying depths and widths of wood cladding with stylish, slim-profile brickwork to create visually striking homes.
Once the design was finalized, our task was to prepare a complete CGI package, including exterior and interior visuals as well as a full flythrough video of the development. These materials played a vital role in the off-plan marketing campaign, allowing estate agents to showcase the homes to potential buyers. The ability to present a clear, realistic vision of the finished properties significantly boosted interest and helped secure early reservations.
We also had the pleasure of collaborating with the talented Molly Hill Styling, bringing her interior designs to life through our CGIs. This was a crucial part of the project, as it helped potential buyers understand the spaces and visualize themselves living in these beautifully designed homes. Expansive windows flood the interiors with natural light, enhancing the sense of openness and seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor spaces. The sleek lines and minimalist aesthetics of these homes make them a perfect example of contemporary architecture done right.
