WDA successfully secured planning permission for the replacement of the roof on an existing office building.
Project Detail:
Additional approved works included regularising the building’s frontage, refurbishing the dated façade, and introducing a low-level courtyard canopy to enhance tenant usability, access, and overall security.
WDA is currently leading the ground floor refurbishment, providing interior design for updates to the main reception, café, and internal social and hotdesking spaces.
