Sands Farm Cottages A Project By: The UnBuilt Visualisation Studio Lomot Property Investments and Hattons Creative Consultancy commissioned The UnBuilt Visualisation Studio to produce a series of high‑fidelity CGI visuals for Sands Farm Cottages; a soon‑to‑launch five‑star collection of luxury holiday cottages in the North York Moors. The project required imagery that could communicate the development’s blend of contemporary interior design, rustic character and premium hospitality. Working closely with interior architect and designer Maria Hatton, we translated the design intent into photoreal architectural visualisations, modelling each space from plans and specifications. Using 3D Studio Max and Corona Renderer, we focused on material accuracy, natural lighting and calm, atmospheric compositions that reflect the project’s emphasis on comfort, togetherness and slow, restorative living. The resulting CGI suite supports Sands Farm’s pre‑launch marketing and brand storytelling, with several visuals already used across digital campaigns. Their realism has prompted viewers to mistake them for photography — a testament to the detail and craft behind the work. This project highlights how thoughtful CGI and architectural visualisation can elevate a hospitality brand from the earliest stages; shaping perception, enhancing property marketing and bringing a destination to life long before opening.
