Farriers Way: Bringing Developments to Life with CGIs
By: ArchEnd Visuals
It’s no secret that CGIs have become the go-to tool for off-plan marketing in property development. Developers worldwide rely on high-quality visuals to showcase their projects before a single brick is laid. These images help attract early interest, generate excitement, and even secure off-plan reservations, essentially providing a financial boost before construction is complete.
A great example of this in action is our recent collaboration with @Bocking Homes on their latest project, Farriers Way in Weeley. This development consists of four three-bedroom bungalows, each with its own garage. To support their off-plan marketing efforts, we created a total of nine CGIs and a short promotional video.
The highlight of the set is a moody dusk image with warm interior lighting, designed to capture attention instantly. These types of shots create an emotional connection, helping potential buyers envision the atmosphere of the finished homes. Alongside this, we also produced daylight versions of each plot, allowing buyers to see the homes in full detail and individually appreciate each one.
Beyond exterior visuals, we also crafted a couple of interior CGIs, emphasizing the beautiful glazing and high-quality finishes that will be featured in the homes. These images help bridge the gap between imagination and reality, making it easier for buyers to picture themselves living in the space.
This was an exciting project to be part of, and we’re looking forward to seeing Farriers Way come to life this year. If you’re a developer looking to enhance your marketing efforts and attract buyers early in the process, CGIs are an investment worth considering.

We are proud to feature and promote in our architecture magazine Farriers Way: Bringing Developments to Life with CGIs.
