Architecture & Luxury Property Magazine
By: Founder, Nick Brown
As we close the door on 2025, we find ourselves reflecting with immense pride on what has been a defining year for Architecture Vogue – The Architecture & Luxury Property Magazine. What began as a platform dedicated to showcasing exceptional work within architecture & luxury property has continued to grow into something far greater: a trusted voice, a connector of people and ideas, and a community united by a shared commitment to quality, innovation, and design excellence.
The past twelve months have brought significant growth—not only in readership and audience reach, but in influence. More importantly, they have brought meaningful relationships. In an industry where credibility matters, Architecture Vogue has remained focused on thoughtful curation rather than noise, and that approach has resonated.
Growing With Purpose
Throughout 2025, our readership expanded steadily across digital channels, attracting a highly engaged audience of architects, designers, developers, consultants, and decision-makers working at the forefront of architecture & luxury property. Alongside this growth, we were proud to welcome over 250 new businesses to the platform.

Each of these businesses recognised the value of being positioned within an editorial environment that celebrates substance over trend, longevity over spectacle, and quality over quantity. Architecture Vogue has never been about fleeting attention. It is about building enduring visibility for those shaping the built environment in meaningful ways.
Conversations That Matter
One of the highlights of the year has been the continued evolution of the Architecture Vogue Podcast. In 2025, we produced 16 new episodes, each offering insight into the realities, challenges, and opportunities shaping architecture & luxury property today.
From emerging studios to global leaders such as Arcadis, these conversations gave voice to a diverse cross-section of the industry. They explored technology, sustainability, design leadership, and the future of practice with honesty and depth. Episode 19 marked a particularly exciting milestone, as we spoke with KSA Architects in Australia, reinforcing our belief that architecture & luxury property is a global conversation without borders.
Podcasting has allowed Architecture Vogue to move beyond the page, creating space for nuance, reflection, and connection in a way that feels increasingly vital in our fast-moving industry.

Supporting Education and the Next Generation
Early in the year, Architecture Vogue was proud to announce its role as official sponsor of BIM in Leicester 2025, part of the BIM in Series charity events hosted at De Montfort University. Supporting this initiative was deeply aligned with our values.
The BIM in Series brings together schools of architecture with local, national, and international practitioners to exchange knowledge and learning around Building Information Modelling and digital practice. For me, this is where the future of architecture & luxury property is shaped—at the intersection of education, collaboration, and real-world experience.
By supporting events like BIM in Leicester, we are investing not only in technology, but in people. The next generation of architects and designers will define the standards of tomorrow, and it is our responsibility as an industry to support their development.

Strategic Collaborations With Impact
2025 also saw Architecture Vogue engage in a number of strategic promotional collaborations. These ranged from feature-led campaigns supporting construction businesses seeking greater visibility, to playing a role in the launch of the UK Planning Gateway platform, an initiative addressing increasing complexity within the planning system.
We were also proud to promote the work of Pulse and Graphisoft, whose contributions at the intersection of design, data, and delivery continue to influence how architecture & luxury property is conceived and realised. These collaborations reflect our belief that progress comes from aligning creativity with capability.

Redefining Architecture & Luxury Property
One of the most encouraging shifts I have observed this year is the continued evolution of what luxury means within the built environment. Increasingly, luxury property is defined not by excess, but by intelligence—by sustainability, craftsmanship, performance, and emotional connection.
Architecture Vogue has remained committed to showcasing work that reflects this shift, where architectural thinking leads and luxury follows with purpose. In doing so, we continue to document the changing narrative of architecture & luxury property, highlighting projects and practices that prioritise long-term value over short-term trends.
A Community, Not Just a Magazine
Above all, 2025 reinforced that Architecture Vogue is built on community. Our contributors, podcast guests, partners, clients, and readers are all part of a wider ecosystem committed to excellence within architecture & luxury property.
The trust placed in us to tell stories accurately, thoughtfully, and with integrity is something we hold in the highest regard. Every feature, collaboration, and conversation is guided by that responsibility.
Looking Ahead to 2026
As we look forward to 2026, our focus remains clear. We will continue to welcome new businesses into the Architecture Vogue community, deepen relationships with our existing partners, and expand our editorial and podcast platforms with intention and care.
The coming year will bring new conversations, new perspectives, and new opportunities to explore the evolving landscape of architecture & luxury property. Through it all, Architecture Vogue will remain dedicated to thoughtful storytelling, industry connection, and design-led leadership.
With Sincere Thanks
Finally, I would like to thank everyone who has supported Architecture Vogue throughout 2025. Whether you have read the magazine, listened to the podcast, contributed content, partnered with us, or shared our work, your support has been invaluable.
Together, we are shaping a platform that reflects the very best of architecture & luxury property—today, and into the future.
Here’s to 2026.
