Led by Zulufish, the project transforms a stark, dated interior into a calm and layered living environment that feels both refined and deeply practical. The house already had strong modernist lines, but it lacked warmth and cohesion. The brief was to create a home that felt more intuitive to live in: open, light-filled, and designed around the rhythm of family life. Creating Flow and Cohesion The first step was rethinking how the spaces connected. The layout was refined to improve flow between the kitchen, dining, and living areas, allowing each space to feel open yet purposeful. Sightlines were carefully considered so that rooms feel connected without losing definition.
