Redland Pool House, Garage and Associated landscaping A Project By: Wotton Donoghue Architects WDA supported Project Managers Berkeley Place to design and deliver the concept, technical design and site support the redevelopment of this existing garage site located in the heart of the Cotham and Redland Conservation Area. The client acquired the site at the end of their garden, to incorporate high end relandscaping works across the site with construction of a new contemporary coach house to accommodate the client’s private car collection, a gym and guest suite. The works include the design and fabrication of a bespoke recessed hot tub and heated swimming pool. The project exemplifies the refined residential architecture and landscape integration often celebrated in Architecture Vogue Magazine & Luxury Property Magazine
