Tour-Maubourg Apartment A Project By: Dori Hitti Architects DHA Location: 29 Boulevard de la Tour Maubourg, 75007 Paris, France Occupying two levels within a prestigious Haussmannian building on Boulevard de la Tour-Maubourg in Paris, this 370 m² residence by Dori Hitti Architects is a refined dialogue between Parisian architectural heritage and contemporary living – a balance often explored across the built environment. Rather than competing with the apartment’s classical envelope, the design embraces its generous proportions, intricate moldings, and abundant natural light, introducing a restrained palette of premium materials and carefully curated furnishings that create an atmosphere of understated luxury. The interior is a sophisticated combination of black wood, travertine marble, and European oak parquet, establishing a timeless contrast that flows seamlessly throughout the residence. The social spaces are conceived as interconnected environments, where custom-built black timber shelving frames views between rooms while serving as both architectural feature and display gallery.
