Featuring with The Built Environment Network is a yearly subscription that auto renews annually unless an email to nick@benetwork.co.uk is received 7 days in advance of your renewal date
Note: We do not issue renewal reminders.
If you do not email us as detailed above, your subscription will auto renew
If your renewal payment fails and you have not given notice to cancel as detailed above, then we reserve the right to apply a late payment fee of £50 immediately after the renewal due date
Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds
Please note that we do not offer refunds.
Once you have paid to work with us, in any capacity or arrangement, It is your responsibility to submit your work for consideration
If however you subsequently change your mind and decide to not submit your work, we will be happy to cancel your renewal subscription, as long as you give us written notice as detailed above, but we do not offer refunds
Likewise, If you pay to feature on our Podcast and then you decide to change your mind, again, no refunds are given

Content Submission & Publishing Schedule
The Built Environment Network publishes new editorial content on a weekly basis, alongside themed features and curated editions released throughout the year.
All content submitted as part of a client’s package must be provided within the contracted 12-month period. Any material supplied during this time will be scheduled for publication within that contract term. It is the responsibility of the client to provide suitable content, project information and imagery within this timeframe.
The timing and placement of all editorial content is determined solely by the Architecture Vogue editorial team. While contributors may suggest themes or relevant editions, The Built Environment Network retains full editorial discretion over when and how submitted content is published. Specific publication dates cannot be guaranteed or dictated by contributors.
Key seasonal features, themed editions and special issues will be highlighted in advance to allow contributors to submit relevant projects for consideration.
Submitting content in a timely manner helps ensure projects can be scheduled effectively and receive the greatest possible editorial exposure.
Analytics & Performance Data
The Built Environment Network is an editorial platform designed to showcase architectural projects, practices and industry insight. As part of our publishing model, we do not provide or share individual post analytics or performance metrics with contributors or third parties.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Impressions
Reach
Click-through data
Engagement metrics
Social media performance statistics
Website traffic analytics
Our internal analytics are used solely for platform management, editorial planning and audience development. These data sets form part of our proprietary operational information and are not distributed externally.
The Built Environment Network focuses on delivering editorial exposure, brand visibility and professional presentation within a curated architectural publication. While we monitor audience engagement internally to improve the platform, performance metrics are not included as part of any listing, feature or editorial publication.
By submitting content for publication or participating in editorial features, contributors acknowledge and accept that analytics data will not be supplied or reported on an individual article or project basis.
