The Old School House By: Box Capital Developments At Box Capital Developments, we had the pleasure of working on the Old School House project, nestled in the scenic Cotswolds. This multi-phase renovation, alongside Ashleigh Clarke Architects Ltd, focused on transforming the listed property to offer modern comforts while retaining its historic charm. The project consisted of two parts: the renovation of the main house and the creation of a multi-functional pool house. The Challenge: The owners had a clear vision: they wanted the house to maintain its familiar feel but be fully accessible, as one of the clients is now in a wheelchair. Our task was to overhaul the home while ensuring all the necessary modern amenities were integrated subtly, without compromising the heritage aesthetics of the property.
