Our Role We supported both the client and contractor throughout the construction phase, providing: Contract Administration – Managing all contractual correspondence and ensuring obligations were met in accordance with the agreed terms. Preparation and Execution of the JCT Contract – Drafting, reviewing, and finalising the JCT contract documentation to clearly define responsibilities, deliverables, and risk allocation.
