We’re inviting a small number of forward-thinking architects and planning consultants to join the UK Planning Gateway BETA Programme
UK Planning Gateway is a guided way to prepare and submit planning applications online. It replaces repetitive forms with a single process that checks your documents for validation issues before you submit.
AskArchi, the built-in AI assistant, can draft planning-appropriate descriptions and flag missing items in real time. It helps reduce the back and forth that slows decisions.
To mark the launch, the first 100 practices to activate will receive £500 in Ordnance Survey credit towards mapping.
How it works:
Create your organisation on UK Planning Gateway and complete your first paid submission within 30 days of activation. The £500 credit is then applied to your account and can be used for up to 50% of each Ordnance Survey map order (Ordnance Survey map SKUs only). Credit remains valid for 120 days from activation and expires no later than day 180 from issue.

Up to 50% of any Ordnance Survey order can be paid with credit. Activation requires creating an organisation and completing a first paid submission within 30 days.
