175 New Apartments Set to Breathe Life Into Historic Leeds Church
A Project By: Den Architecture
Den Architecture is appointed from RIBA Stages 4–5 to support the delivery of this landmark scheme transforming a long-vacant Grade II listed church into 175 apartments.
Works are progressing at pace, with façade activity on Block A underway and steelwork for Block B due to commence.
A sensitive blend of restoration and contemporary intervention, the project marks a significant step in bringing this historic site back into use after standing vacant for over 30 years.
