Modern Design Meets Greenwich Charm: Revitalising 105 Eltham High Street

T2S is pleased to present this concept design for works at 105 Eltham High Street, in the Royal Borough of Greenwich, South London.
Works involve the retention, refurbishment and extension of this existing building to create 3,000ft2 of commercial space o ground floor and Sui Generis HMO use on the upper floors.
The concept was to enlarge the existing trim-partite window arrangement with a playful pattern emerging from the louvred screens. An earthy textured render is used to the facade, aligning with the hue of the surrounding buildings but creating something which is graphically different to other comparison buildings on the High Street.
We veered away from the typical (and bland) grey set back top floor – moving towards a cohesive simple form that sits comfortably within its surroundings
