We recently had the opportunity to create a full CGI package for Kitewood Estates Ltd. as part of their upcoming Blacksole Farm development in Herne Bay. The visuals include detailed exterior renderings of each house type planned for the site, helping to give potential buyers a clear understanding of what to expect.
These CGIs are designed to support off-plan marketing and will be used across brochures, websites, and other sales materials. By presenting the homes in a realistic and polished way, they help build early interest and trust—key factors when buyers are committing before construction is complete.
One of the standout images from the set is the sunrise shot at Blacksole Farm. This atmospheric hero image captures the development in a warm, inviting light, setting the tone for the rest of the marketing visuals.
