Design excellence drives Ascot House approval

We’re delighted to share that full planning approval has been granted for the Ascot House development on Finchampstead Road, Wokingham
Designed by T2S Architecture Ltd on behalf of Klara Ascot Limited, the scheme will transform the existing Ascot House building through a sensitive 1.5-storey extension to deliver 10 new high-quality residential units (2 x 1-bed and 8 x 2-bed apartments).
This design-led proposal enhances the site’s architectural character, takes inspiration from Frank Lloyd Wright’s Robie House, and contributes to Wokingham’s growing townscape while maintaining the area’s green, residential feel.
