Phase 2 Brings New Life to Cemex House Grounds

We have submitted a Planning Application for Phase 2 of the Cemex House project, which sees the addition of 46 new later living apartments in the grounds of the Edward Cullinan Architects iconic original scheme.
The scheme proposes high quality new dwellings that create a warm community focussed environment with wonderful connections to the mature landscape of the site and the man-made lakes.
