The two-storey temple is designed as a multifunctional space, accommodating spiritual, educational, and cultural needs. Traditional Hindu motifs are reinterpreted in a contemporary context, with features like pitched roofs and clerestory windows ensuring harmony with its surroundings.
Sustainability is central to the design, incorporating green roofs, permeable paving, renewable energy systems, and locally sourced materials to exceed biodiversity net gain requirements and reduce environmental impact. Thoughtfully designed to mitigate noise, privacy, and overshadowing concerns, the project also includes accessible pedestrian and cycling infrastructure.
The temple serves as both a place of worship and a vibrant community hub, hosting events and cultural programs, with residential quarters for the temple priest further emphasizing its active role.
