Cradel Haus – Interior CGI for a Contemporary Grey Walls Renovation
A Project By: The UnBuilt Visualisation Studio
In collaboration with Louise Wynne, Wildkind Interiors
Cradel Haus commissioned The UnBuilt Visualisation Studio to create a suite of high‑fidelity interior CGI visuals for their Grey Walls property; a beautifully considered renovation blending contemporary design, warm materiality and the signature styling of Wildkind Interiors. The imagery was required to support an upcoming valuation and early‑stage property marketing, with a rapid turnaround essential to the project’s timeline.
Working closely with interior designer Louise Wynne, we translated her design direction into photoreal interior visualisations that capture the calm, grounded aesthetic at the heart of the Grey Walls scheme. From the soft, layered textures to the muted, nature‑inspired palette, each space was modelled and lit to reflect Wildkind Interiors’ emphasis on comfort, tactility and lived‑in elegance.

The brief arrived on Wednesday; the proposal was approved by Thursday afternoon; and the final CGI suite was delivered on Monday. Despite the pace, the process remained meticulous. Using 3D Studio Max and Corona Renderer, we focused on material accuracy, natural daylight studies and compositions that communicate the home’s flow, proportions and atmosphere. The resulting visuals offer clarity for valuation purposes while also supporting future marketing, social content and design storytelling.
The finished imagery has already helped Cradel Haus articulate the potential of the Grey Walls renovation with confidence and cohesion. Several viewers have remarked on the realism of the visuals, often mistaking them for finished photography — a testament to the craft, collaboration and attention to detail behind the work.
