Following the successful completion of Phase 1, LOROC Architects was approached by the client to design and develop a new 50,000sqft storage and distribution facility together with a 30,000sqft office area to become the new corporate headquarters for the Card Factory.
The team worked closely with the client to develop the office layout to ensure the requirements of the business and working environment were realised
