With over 20 years of experience in a variety of sectors within Architecture including Residential, Commercial, Retail, Education and Leisure, I decided to set up I set up Forde Architecture (previously My Space Designs) in 2013. In 2015, I received a Civic Award for Tank Brewery in Gloucester and have been shortlisted for a Constructing Excellence Award for Snowdrop Lodge in Cheltenham in 2019. I received my Bachelors of Architecture Degree from the University of Cincinnati in 2002 and have since worked at various small and large architecture practices in the States and in the UK covering a wide range of specialties.
My office is in my home within the Gloucester Cathedral grounds enjoying a spectacular view of the inspirational Cathedral exemplifying different styles of architecture. It is here where I live with my husband and raise my 3 young children who love to explore all that Gloucestershire has to offer. With family in California and deep roots in the States, I take advantage of visiting them when possible. I also love playing sports for enjoyment and have competed at high levels throughout my life all over the world.
